The sluggish economy has caught up with Northstate daycare centers. As more parents struggle to make ends meet, their child care budget is shrinking, forcing providers to think outside the box. Heather Graham runs a play and home daycare in Chico. But these days, the number of kids she cares for is dwindling, and she is not alone. There are more than 245 family day cares in Chico, many of which are struggling to stay above water. totally thought you would go on heymae and really secure the nickname....a little disappointed that you they didn't say "Heather Graham who goes by heymae.."oh well...maybe next time you are interview on the news you can do that lol!
